VSR confirms line-up for European Lamborghini Super Trofeo campaign
Vincenzo Sospiri Racing (VSR) today officially confirmed its two-car entry for the 2026 European Lamborghini Super Trofeo season. The reigning European Champions will return to the grid to defend their title as the championship kicks off at the iconic Le Castellet circuit in France on the weekend of April 10–12, following the Easter break.
Looking to build on a legacy that includes ten titles and five runner-up finishes over the last decade, the Italian-based squad has assembled a formidable mix of fresh talent and proven championship experience.
The Pro Entry: Fin Green
Leading the charge in the Pro category will be 23-year-old British driver Fin Green. Green makes the transition to GT racing following a multi-year career in single-seaters.
“I’m excited to see where this year goes,” said Fin Green. “I come from Formula cars but have realised there is so much more to motorsport! I’m excited to see what is possible and thrilled to join Lamborghini and VSR in this new chapter of my career.”
The Pro-Am Entry: Miguel Cristóvão & Paul Levet
In the Pro-Am category, VSR fields a classy pairing that features Portugal’s Miguel Cristóvão and France’s Paul Levet. Cristóvão joins the team from the world of prototypes having secured multiple championships. Levet continues with VSR after a stellar 2025 campaign. As a pivotal force in the team’s success last year, Levet was instrumental in helping Adam Putera clinch the outright title and enters 2026 as one of the series' undisputed stars.
“I’m so excited to be starting my second season with VSR, said Paul Levet. “I feel right at home in this team. The atmosphere is perfect and professional. This programme wouldn’t be possible at all without the trust of Vincenzo and the whole team, for which I’m immensely grateful. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us to achieve our goals this season but we are ready!”
“We are incredibly proud of our history with Lamborghini and looking forward to the new season,” said Team Principal Vincenzo Sospiri. “With Fin bringing his single-seater speed and the experienced duo of Miguel and Paul in the Pro-Am car, we have the perfect balance to compete at the very front of the field once again.”
The 2026 season opener at Circuit Paul Ricard will be the first of six double-header rounds across Europe's most legendary circuits, culminating in the World Finals later this year.
